What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How can I change specification / delivery address / recipient for my existing order?
Due to high volume of orders we are receiving, we do not allow any changes to an order specifications like product, size, color and quantity once it is placed. This is so that we can process the orders and deliver them to you as fast as possible.
To make such changes to your order, please email us immediately to cancel your incorrect order and re-order the correct items instead.
For other changes like change of address or personal information, feel free to send us an email. Cut off in making changes is 2PM EST, after the order is placed.
NOTE: Delivery addresses and recipient names can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our third-party couriers.
How do I cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subjected to a cancellation fee of USD $2.00 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as our credit card processor charges us a fee for cancellations.
Cancellation can only be made within 24 hours after an order is placed. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, please send us your request via email. We will help you cancel it and notify you when done.
How do I track my order status?
We will email you your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.
We will also send email to keep you updated frequently on your order status.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incomplete/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number and photos/videos of the item(s) which clearly show the issue. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
How much does it cost for shipping fee?
We offers flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 for US orders, and $5.95 to $7.95 for international orders. Shipping will be FREE if you order above $50 USD in a single purchase, after any discount code applied.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 10 business days from the day you completed your payment.
When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, our fulfilment team will process your orders in about 5-10 business days.
You can expect to receive your order within 3-6 weeks from the date of purchase.
*Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date. Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is not delivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Recently, we are receiving a lot of returned orders due to incomplete shipping addresses. We are informed by our partner carriers that this is due to missing Postal Code, Zip code or PO Box.
Hence we would like to reiterate to all our Customers, specially those from UAE, to kindly provide your complete Shipping Address including your PO Box to avoid further delays in shipment or returned orders.
In the event that your order arrived at your destination country, please directly contact your local post office (it is possible that they could not deliver the parcel to your address due to above reason).
